Ingradients
Macroni(cooked) - 200 gm
Vegetable oil
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Onion(chopped) - 1/2 cup
Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
Vegetables(chopped) - 1 cup
(Carrot, Beans, Tomato and Green peas)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onions and green chilly.
- Add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add chopped vegetables and green peas and fry for few minutes.
- Add salt, garam masala and stir well.
- Add 1/2 cup of water.
- Reduce the flame and cook for 5 mins.
- Add cooked macroni to this and mix well.
- Close the lid for 3 - 4 mins.
- Add tomato and soya sauce. Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves & Serve hot.
